Addition – Toronto

The original home was an A frame, with a single dormer and carport, and was far too small for the owner’s growing family. Municipal and conservation authority restrictions severely limited the ability to expand the building on the site.

The solutions added a garage, a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a new living room. We reconfigured an open plan kitchen and dining room improving the flow in the main living space.

The resulting 4 bedroom luxury home looks as though it’s always been there.
