Addition – Kitchener

This compact, 100 year old workers house sits in a charming, established city neighbourhood, where children play on the streets and front porches are for socializing.

The first addition was a new 2 storey front porch, big enough to accommodate both seating and dining – an outdoor living/dining room.

The second renovation converted a third floor attic space into a spacious office and guest room. These strategic expansions almost double the usable floorspace of the original house.
